PERFECT GRILLED CHEESE

Ingredients
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1-3 types of cheese
  • 2-3 tablespoons of butter
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • Something sweet (honey)
  • Some herb (like oregano, thyme, rosemary..)
  • Something spicy

Steps:

  1. Spread your honey or mustard onto your bread slices.
  2. Take a pan and put it on the stove over low-medium heat. Place the butter, crushed garlic cloves, and your source of heat and herbiness in the pan.
  3. Put a slice of bread on the pan, then place the cheese on top of it. Then place the other slice. Turn up the heat to medium.
  4. After a bit, flip the bread to ensure the other side absorbs the butter as well. When the cheese starts melting, flip it again.
  5. It should be ready now! Congrats and enjoy!!!
