| Steps:
- Spread your honey or mustard onto your bread slices.
- Take a pan and put it on the stove over low-medium heat. Place the butter, crushed garlic cloves, and your source of heat and herbiness in the pan.
- Put a slice of bread on the pan, then place the cheese on top of it. Then place the other slice. Turn up the heat to medium.
- After a bit, flip the bread to ensure the other side absorbs the butter as well. When the cheese starts melting, flip it again.
